    Can anyone explain to me how xbox 360 achievements '' disappear'' or don't on Xbox one...


    Once more I'm being denied recognition of Xbox 360 achievements on my activities page on my Xbox one.

    I have earned 3 on MK2011 in the last couple of hours.

    The first was visible on my activities page , but when I went to look at the two new ones it was gone.

    My activities page now only shows the achievements I got in Mirror's Edge Catalyst from 2 days ago.

    Never got a satisfactory answer last time I raised this issue.

    If it isn't beliggerent people to deal with who can't accept different circumstances it's this that I have to put up with.

    Takes away what little enjoyment I do get.

    Also it appears to be the same whatever platform I'm on.

    Funny how when I complain they reappear.

    Wonder how long before they disappear again.

    Disappearing Gamerscore

    To add to the confusion, once I unlock and achievement on my xbox 360 the problem disappears and the correct Gamerscore shows up on my xbox 360, xbox one, and on www.xbox.com, my question is how do I stop this happening every time I play my xbox one???

    Hey there, Brain is ToaSty! This is definitely an odd one, and I hope that we can get some answers here.

    Since your profile is set to private, I can't see your achievements. However, both FIFA 14 and Madden 25 are on the Xbox 360. I'm wondering if you might have earned these achievements on your 360 if you own them there? This would explain the achievements
    popping on the Xbox One, because they sync like that for some games.

    Achievements disappearing on the Xbox 360 for Xbox One titles is a known issue. To resolve that, simply earn another achievement on your Xbox 360. This will correctly recalculate your gamerscore and show the Xbox One achievements in there. While on the 360,
    you cannot see your Xbox One achievements individually.

    And lastly, if you added those friends on the Xbox One, you will not see them show up on your Xbox 360. That is because there is a different system for adding friends on the Xbox One that makes it so you cannot see them on your Xbox 360. If you add them
    on your 360 or xbox.com, they will need to approve you via another 360 or xbox.com for them to show up on your account on your 360.

    thanks for the answers, another question about rewards: i have read that microsoft is rewarding xbox users in other ways, but that part i don't understand either. by just playing games or watch netflix on the xbox. how about this?
