Can anyone explain my game capture issues?

Can you explain how? I'm trying to figure this out for my Cod Warzone captures but nothing I do seems to record game chat from my cross play teammates or enemy death cams.

I have this issue also im just waiting for a new update to see if this issue gets patched. if anyone knows of any way i can get my capture time to capture that exact length for example 1 min and 30 seconds long and im getting 2-3 seconds at best.

thanks for the answers, another question about rewards: i have read that microsoft is rewarding xbox users in other ways, but that part i don't understand either. by just playing games or watch netflix on the xbox. how about this?
