    A long time ago I discovered I could change my hertz rate from 60 to 120 on my tv and voila. 60fps enabled recording. Then one day a few months ago I went to do the same thing and it isn't working. Latest alpha skip ahead build

    Here's a video I posted 2 months ago. Not trying to advertise myself and will happily remove link. It's really effing frustrating having an xbox one x and not being able to record with silky smooth frame rates without now having to buy a capture card. I'm not a cheap person or anything, I just feel like it should be a feature already implemented but totally understand the devs are working hard fixing bugs, etc

    So DVR is only 720p and 30fps, that's the big thing for me from that. It's hardly "next gen" wouldnt you say? I can understand only recording at 30fps because I think most if not all web players only play videos at 30fps, but the footage isn't even in 1080p?

    Beyond a joke.

    The PS4 is tapped out. It is physically impossible for it to run above 1080p 60fps, even upscaled. This is due to a 1080p only HDMI. The Xbox One could on a retail AAA output 1080p upscaled to 4K at 30fps (data cap on HDMI prevents 60fps unless a new HDMI
    cable was issued to allow 4K 60fps). It could also on a small indie/arcade title output 4K Native 30fps (60 with new HDMI).

    this^ based on the skydrive sizes it should be less then 2GB
