Can anyone at Xbox explain what code of conduct I broke?

I was temporary suspended for 8 days and when the enforcement action happened I immediately called Microsoft support. I explained the situation and asked why I was banned after reading my messages out to them word for word. As well as provided a screenshot of what message was reported. I was told by 3 separate members of support that my account was going to be unsuspended as soon as someone took a look at my appeal. As I didn’t curse; call names, threaten or any of form of miscommunication. I did however tell the guy that I was going to report and block them. I reported them and blocked them and 5 seconds later my account was suspended. Lo and behold my appeal was denied and I can’t get an answer for why. If anyone could help me figure out what code of conduct I broke that would be extremely helpful in not breaking the rule in the future.

Additionally, the guy who reported me and got me suspended was console banned for a year, and both his accounts were permanently banned. Why is it that I can legitimately report him, but he can falsely report me and we both get in trouble? For context, the enforcement page says… “This account violated the Community Standards and was subjected to enforcement action”.

And the message in question states “"Can’t wait to get the message from Microsoft about your account being banned again lmao. play dumb games win dumb prizes. If u keep up your toxic behavior, see how quick you get IP banned off this. Your internet is garbage man and we both know it. But it was my mistake for putting it on 4 instead of 5 but you have no business being that latent on a 4bar. Either way I’m just gonna have to block you at this point”
