Can anyone add their address to a repair request?

I was trying to replicate your issue. In my case I didn’t experience problems starting a repair order / viewing the existing addresses.

Where are you located? (Country)

May I know if you tried re-adding your address or trying with a different address directly from the address book?

If yes, did you tried using a different device or wifi network? And double check if your browser has JavaScript enabled

i have the same issue in being unable to request a repair, i have got as far as putting in a shipping address then it tells me there are no repair options. please can you advise me how to remedy this issue.

The serialnumber is on the inside of the battery compartment. Log on to you microsoft account. Look for the tap that has your devices and you can add it there then select request repair
