    I recently bought a premium eco suit and camo in advanced warfare on Xbox one. When I go to equip it, it says I already own it and I can find it in my games and apps collection. I've looked and looked and even reinstalled a few times. Can anybody help
    with my issue?

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to purchase gold with your Microsoft account balance. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    Hello,

    It sounds like your account's been compromised. The only way to solve that issue would be to contact phone support and speak with them in regards to that. If they can prove that, this was in fact your account then they will return it to you.

    It seems that you logged into the Xbox Dashboard 2 hours ago, so if it wasn't you, then you've definitely been compromised.

    Hi Matthew,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    I’ve received a response from the team and they’re requesting a feedback report (you can submit one via the Report a Problem app on your console when you notice the error) so that they can take a closer look into it. They’ve also advised to contact support once again to ask about a refund, although there’s unfortunately no guarantee that you’ll receive one as the DLC was bought more than 14 days ago.
