    Can anybody help me with this issue?


    Couple months ago i went to nyc to meet some family members their children had an Xbox so I logged on on my account. Everything was fine but they started kicking me off games so they can play I didn’t wanna be mean but it’s getting out of hand can’t go over there cause I am 14 I’ve tried making pass codes so they couldn’t get on but they’ve been guessing git or something to get back on to my account is their a way I could stop this for good?

    Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to purchase gold with your Microsoft account balance. It is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    Hello,

    It sounds like your account's been compromised. The only way to solve that issue would be to contact phone support and speak with them in regards to that. If they can prove that, this was in fact your account then they will return it to you.

    It seems that you logged into the Xbox Dashboard 2 hours ago, so if it wasn't you, then you've definitely been compromised.

    Please reach out to them here.
