    Can anybody help because I’ve restarted my Xbox so many times.


    Whenever I use the Xbox button a message appears saying ‘Try launching again shortly. ‘ then ‘If guide still won’t launch, reinstalling it should fix the problem.(0x80073d0f) It is stopping me from switching to my main account and playing most games.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox console.

    Based on the error codes, this could be due to an update error on your console or games. I just want to clarify when you mentioned restarted your Xbox, do you mean a power cycle, is that correct?

    If yes, kindly try to perform a factory reset keep my games and apps according to Independent Advisor Ronnieee: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...87e00028/67cc8f5c-39d0-42c3-a226-789ec37e21ad

    "Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

    This will also help sync the data on your console properly."

    Once you're done, try to check if you will still receive the same error messages/codes.

    Can’t change Gamertag

    Ok, so Im trying to change my gamertag from my current one, but I can’t, every time I try to change my gamertag it says “Something went wrong. Try your gamertag again.”. I have tried to do it on the website, and Ive been patient too, I’ve waited an entire week and it hasn’t worked once, and yes, I have the money, it is on my xbox, Ive restarted too many times to count, signed in and out, troubleshooting doesnt help, and it wont change.

    Does anybody know how to fix this?

    I’m having the same problem and I’ve actually tried EVERYTHING. I’ve used multiple headsets on multiple controllers. I’ve checked every single setting. I’ve restarted my Xbox and router. The only thing I can think of now is that my Xbox itself is somehow broken and is preventing me from talking because I’ve actually tried everything else
