Can and how can I use the official Minecraft website to use facts to put in a book that I...

I know this is an awkward and unusual question but I am making a book about Minecraft that is going to be heavily relying on facts as the book is aimed at giving EVERY detail about Minecraft, throughout it's versions. I want to use the facts that the Official Minecraft Website uses in the book (I can do whatever needs to be done credit-wise) but when I looked at the EULA (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula ) it said this, " you must not distribute anything we've made unless we specifically agree to it." And so, I am here now asking if I can use the content (meaning facts about Minecraft such as what each block does and how the code works) that is on their website in my book which I do plan to sell. If there are also any screenshots of the in-game stuff for reference on the website, it will probably be in the book too. Now, my intention is most certainly not to just copy over everything, I will be putting a ton of my own stuff in, but I still want a clear answer and ultimately permission - as the Minecraft EULA says I need to get.

For those wondering what the book's going to look like, here it is. The book is going to be called "The Version Vault: Unearthing Minecraft Java's Complete History". It is going to have different "Eras" acting as the dividers in the guidebook (parts). In each era, there are a few versions, and then in each version is each specific release. There is also going to be in the book a complete block list with every block and its function, a redstone guide with everything about it and the different logic gates and how to build with it, and even a command library with everything about that. There is going to be a ton more, but I also don't want to spoil it too much of course haha. You see, it's going to be a book with absolutely EVERYTHING and I need it to have definable facts and permission, and what better place to get the facts from than official website itself?
