    Can an Xbox Insider Dev please help me with this? I'm genuinely begging.


    so I have an Xbox One S that I was playing on one night and it froze, so I went to go reboot it and when I was starting it up it gave me E106. The next day I gave an online update to it and it worked, but two hours later while playing it did the same thing. Now I can't even do an offline update (E102 and E101) I am under 18, but I realized that I might have enrolled in the Xbox Insider club. I tried entering the app on my computer to see if I was an unenrolled if so but I can't do that because I'm under 18. This console is only a year old, and shouldn't have problems this early if it's just a public build. so I'm pleased asking if any Insider Dev sees this could you please take a couple minutes out of your day to see if I'm enrolled and unenroll me. If you can do this please message me or something. It would mean a lot to me.

    Xbox One won't load ANYTHING. Literally. (dashboard and games included)

    i'm having the exact same issue since yesterday's Xbox Insider program update. Even a hard shut-off won't solve it. None of my games are working literally. Can a dev look into it please and get back to me. I have reported this issue through the Xbox Insider
    Program Report several times but still no luck.
