    Hi, i am very paranoid and im afraid that my account can be remotely hacked whitout me giving any information to the hacker, is that posible?

    No. The only way someone can take your account is if you give them your account information

    Home burglarized... Xbox stolen. Now what?

    1. Call the police and report the burglary

    2. Call support and open an unauthorized access ticket

    3. Call the credit card company and report the card info stolen (get a new card)

    4. You can both change your password and remove the password remotely from the stolen xbox by following the instructions at this link.

    Sorry to hear your console was stolen. I hope you contacted the police as they can work with Microsoft to trace the IP of the console.

    How to prevent my games being used on stolen xbox series s.

    I was always under the impression that stolen xboxs can have their online function deactivated and be banned from xbox live? Is this no longer the case now. Terrible that theves can just get away with using stolen goods i know playstation would stop this but microsoft not doing this is surprising. If we changethe password will the games on his account stop being functional? I want to stop the games being used on that xbox forever.

    Also is there no way to completely remotely remove an account from a stolen xbox now? Thats seems ridiculous in this day and age. I am worried by just changing the password that the games will still be playable etc.
