    Can a person who uses an alt to avoid a suspension get banned?


    Had a guy cuss at me, was pretty tired of the swearing and toxic people. I reported him, he got banned, his friend invited me. When I joined he was on an alternate account, he straight out said that. Is this bannable or even something that could extend
    the suspension?

    Yes. Creating an account to circumvent a suspension violates the code of conduct.

    I tried that but he just got super defensive and said why are all girls so petty. My friend was even posting the terms of service in the party chat when he asked why he got "banned for for nothing".

    It is against the terms of use to do this yes the best thing to do is to report the messages that were sent with the alternate account too.

    The enforcement team can see that the messages were sent from the same console and at the very least suspend the console from getting on xbox live.

    These are things only the enforcement team can handle and they only look at reports that are made through the consoles.
