    A few years ago I bought a some DLC’s for rocket league, afterwards the game was bought by epic games when I go into my purchase history I can’t find it even though I know for 100% fact that I bought it I even asked a friend who I use to let play on my account and he said he remembered me having said dlc, I’ve gotten ahold of epic games and they say that they can’t do anything without proof of purchase but I can’t get ahold of anyone at Microsoft I either get the virtual assistant or the a “expert gamer” but I need to talk to a employee or someone who can actually help me

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle forced gamertag changes and they do not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them to possibly have the name change overturned, but if they already upheld their decision, there
    is nothing else that can be done. These are the rules you agreed to when you signed up.
