Can a get a new Xbox if I have a warranty

I purchased my Xbox one s last year around December probably a few days before Christmas and recently I broke the HDMI port on it my mom brought it and she said she a insurance or a warranty if I'm not mistaking

You wouldn't get a brand new one. You'd have to send it in on warranty and they'd either fix it or send a refurbished.

The jack on the controller is without a doubt broken what i can refer to you is going to gamestop and getting a warranty on a controller it only costs 10$ extra and the warranty lasts a year so anytime u have this problem u can bring it back and u will
only pay 10$ for a new warranty when u get the new controller because its a new controller so new warranty

Xbox controllers have a 90day warranty, during that warranty you can get a free repair or replacement by scheduling a repair with Xbox Support. Outside of the warranty period you'll need to pay for the repair and shipping which is almost equivalent to the
price of a new controller so if it really bothers you I advice you to purchase a new one

If you have a warranty that hasn't expired on your Xbox yet you can return it to the seller and get a new one. But if your warranty (assuming you have one) expired, then you will either have to buy a new one or get your current one repaired sorry.

If you buy a new controller, please get one from a retailer that has a warranty that you can buy for it. Xbox only has a 90 day warranty on the controller. I think walmart has an extended warranty for 5-6 bucks. I think bestbuy and others have a similar
option as well.
