    Accounts getting banned for no reason..

    Hi everyone,

    Im posting here because i see alot of my friends accounts getting banned for no reason.

    It all started arround the 11/27/16 when the Terms Of Use were being updated.

    Now ALL of my friends got banned between the 11/01/16 and today. They all got banned for "cheating". I even got banned until 9999 for "cheating" on an account that i created 2 days before that.

    So now I would like to know if its happening to other players as well, and if there is a possibility of UNBANNING accounts.

    Flawed report system

    I recently had a 24 hour communications ban on 11/11 - 11/12. I played for a couple days after this time and now on 11/15 it is saying that my account has a permanent ban but it doesn't tell me why. There would be no reason for my account to be permanently
    banned. I would like this problem to be reviewed please.

    How do i figure out how long i am banned for?

    Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.

    How long does it take for the enforcement team to reply to a case review? I feel that they made a mistake on my banishment from communications. i was banned on 10/24/15 to 11/7/15 on 2k16 Nba, I was off punishment for 2 days then on 11/9/15 I was banned
    again? For no reason they now have me banned from 11/9/15 to 11/24/15 I'm still banned in NBA 2k15 but can play any other game, the thing is usually when they ban you they ban you in the game you committed the violation in and I wasn't playing 2k at all!!
    I was playing madden and Halo 5 but I can still play those games but not 2k16 nba so I feel that Xbox enforcement made a mistake on banning me I just got off punishment wtf?!!!!

    Permanently banned console and account

    I'm sad and frustrated. When I go there the last thing I'm seeing is a 2 day communication ban from November 29, 2021, my account and console were banned almost 2 weeks ago. The last time I was on Xbox live. I took a screenshot of something in-game, nothing vulgar, nudity or offensive at all. I uploaded it then maybe 5-10 minutes later I got a message that my account and console were permanently banned
