ho cambiato recentemente gamertag su Xbox one, al cambio tutto normale quando all'improvviso ho voluto giocare ad un gioco 360 retrocompatibile e non mi fa scaricare il profilo nuovo con xbox live anzi mi da sempre il mio vecchio profilo con la gamertag
precedente, quando provo ad inserire tutte le credenziali mi dice che la password è corta ma in realt io l'ho inserito correttamente.. qualcuno sa dirmi come risolvere ? premetto che ho anche cambiato password ma da lo stesso problema forse devo aspettare
che la gamertag si aggiorni anche su 360 ? Qualcuno mi aiuti....!!!

I would suggest that you try clearing the local Xbox 360 Storage on the Xbox One If you've not already tried it.

In order to do this do as follows.

Open the system guide, and proceed to open settings.
Go down to the system section and then select storage from within.
Proceed to then select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage', and then choose yes.

After you select Yes, the system will restart. Once the console restarts. Sign into the account you want to use and launch the Xbox 360 game. The system should then automatically download your profiles Xbox 360 data.

Hi there Antonio,

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with signing into backwards compatible games. I recommend to try:

Launch Backward compatible game
Press both small buttons (View and Menu Button) on the controller to bring up the 360 emulator
Remove the profile and Download profile

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Hola! Te proporciono el link para que revises como hacer el cambio de forma adecuada, te recuerdo que tenemos derecho a hacer un cambio de gamertag gratis pero si ese cambio lo realizo resientemente tu sobrino sí te costara la siguiente modificacion
