Apparently my account was banned 2 years ago without anyone telling me, no email, no letter, no phone call, no reason I know of. I wasted $60 for a frickin live card 2 years ago renewing but customer support could not figure out why it did not work, now
2 years later buy daughter a frickin xbox one try another $60 code from card and also does not work. Call customer support after 40 minutes brings me to this page to write a frickin story???? Are you kidding wtf, why he could not just turn on my account
is beyond me. The volunteers here do not get paid the money I pay for the service.

Anyway how the frick does a person figure out how to unban an account? If that is actually the cause, because 2 years ago they did not know the reason it did not work, and I stopped using the xbox 360 I had. Now 2 years later still have an issue, and
support again has no idea what is going on and cannot fixit.

Microsoft you are not on my favorites list. Anyone here can help or do I throw away another $60 live card?????????????????????

Thanks I checked it and it says I have a perfect score, so apparently that dumb *** guy from India sent me here because he had no idea what to do. Now trying to make a new account for daughter and that seems to be dead end also. Crazy *** by microsoft.
Why in the f does no one there no why my account is not working?????
