Callisto Protocol add on - doesn't need to be installed

Purchased a physical xbox one copy of callisto protocol. Through the xbox purchased the series x upgrade, however it comes up as it "doesn't need to be installed." The purchase tells me to go to the series x version of callisto protocol and download for free, however its £55. How do I get the upgrade? Or my money back? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately does not say I own it. Only says I can purchase for £54.99.

When you visit the game link below, does it say you owned it? Make sure you're signed in on the web.

If so, check your My games & apps > See all > Manage > Updates – it may be waiting as an available update.

You nee to install the game first

The disc grants youn rights tomthe game, you don’t have digital rights. Install the game and follow the prompts.

Just to confirm, you already have purchased it?

Please check on your order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if your order says completed for the upgrade.

I installed the disc first. Have even loaded up the game to see If there was a setting/update in game, but there weren't.
