Calling out a cheater, then getting suspended?

So I was in a mw3 lobby and someone was cheating...I messaged the cheater saying to stop and he replied in a comical sarcastic reply saying he wasn’t cheating. So we exchanged messages then I get suspended? But he didn’t get a warning (I reported him but
assuming it did nothing to him). Really just want to be unsuspended so I can chat with my friends

The Only way to get your account unsuspended would be to sign into your account at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

The enforcement team are the only ones that put suspensions on the account and are the only ones that can lift suspensions and the only way to talk to them is through the case review process.

As long as you reported him and he did something that would have violated the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then when the enforcement team investigates the report they will suspend his account.
You will never know the outcome of that investigation. The enforcement team does not give out results to their investigation to anyone besides the person that they are suspending.

You did the right thing by reporting him, but I would suggest not getting in a message exchange on topics like that. Enforcement is very sensitive and possibly if he reported it as harassment you got suspended. Best leave Microsoft to enforce the rules and
punish him. Definitely try to see if your eligible for a case review.

If you think someone has tampered with the system just report that person or block him. Retaliating counts as harassment and is subject to suspensions

I doubt its suspendable/bannable. Of course, the whiny kid you do manage to kill doing this will probably scream and say he'll file a complaint, call you a hacker/cheater, etc.

Finally have had it. Cancelled my auto renewal and will be done with Xbox Live. Almost every game has cheaters in it. Clans of cheaters in most games. Aimbot players in almost every game. The fun is gone and XBOX Live has done nothing to keep these cheaters
out of the game. They should be suspended for a month for the first offence, then banned for the 2nd. These cheaters get at least 4 chances before they are banned, come on XBOX Live what does this tell the CHEATERS. XBOX Live Enforcement is a JOKE, they
don't care about COD MW3 -
