    service alert     with regards to the game. You're not the only wanting to play, but is unable to.

    yes I know there is a sever alert. Does not change the fact that they had months and a open beta to make sure this didn’t happen. They have the money and resources to have this problem fixed by know. So I will say it again they sold me a broken game

    Game will not play

    Purchased a call of duty WWll disc, installed it and when attempting to play it, it says insert disc or go to Microsoft store. The disc is in the console. Tried uninstalling and installing again and it still didn't work.
    Try cleaning the disc.

    Sorry to hear about your issue with your game. This may mean that the Xbox service is having trouble syncing your game data according to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/erro.... Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to launch the game again.

    Hi, you can also navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button - from there scroll down to saved data and select to delete all saved data - Your saved data will be synced from the cloud once you open it again
