Call of duty WaW, Wont let me buy on xbox one and online at the website

For a couple days now I've attempted to purchase World at War from the Xbox store to play on my Xbox one for backwards compatibility. However, when I have attempted to do this, at the end of the process a quick 1-second message comes up on my screen saying
something like "Sorry, this process cannot be completed, try again later" and this has been happening for a few days now every time I've tried. I"ve tried on the console itself and as well as online on xbox.com to buy it and it won't let me buy it.

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation because I haven't found a solution for this.

Disconnected from Xbox Live during WaW launch

Hi, whenever I try to play WaW it disconnects me from Live during launch and then wont sign back in until I restart my xbox. It has done this numerous times and I am wondering what the problem is. It only occurs on waW (Call of Duty World at War)

 

I cant connect to online games!

My xbox wont let me connect to online games, except on red dead redemption, and i can connect to friends game about 50% of the time, on Call of Duty games, it wont even let me join a lobby, it doesnt give me any error messages, and i can download things.
it just wont let me play multiplayer.

 

also theres no issues with my payment options so i should be bale to just buy the game through the store.

 

Have you tryed updating your billing address?

 

i did because i got a new debit card recently so i had to update it.

 

How about removing the payment option and adding again? And remove all other payment options

 

Does your account region reflect your actual region if not that would be why

You must change it on your console andthis website under my account and change my region

Us foreign bases don't count as the us you have to use the host country

 

Also note that if you have a child or teen account you are prevented from making purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace. (Changing your Microsoft account age or your purchase settings won't resolve this issue.)

But you can make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console.
