Call Of Duty Watch and Win Sweepstakes - I was told I won, but nothing happened after that :(

Hi there,

I'm posting here after speaking with an Xbox Live Support Representative who told me to add a post here to resolve the issue I encountered. I was watching the Trailers found in the Call Of Duty - Watch and Win Sweepstakes on my Xbox One. There is a brick
on the Xbox Home Screen that leads you to the page with three trailers you can watch. After watching a trailer I received an alert displaying something along the lines of "Congratulations, you have been selected to receive the Xbox One Limited Edition Call
of Duty: Advanced Warfare Bundle". Within the alert there was a button titled "Continue". I selected "Continue"... and nothing happened aside from the alert going away. Since then I have checked my email, my xbox live account messages but I still don't see
any information on how to claim or receive what I was told I won. I believe there was an error on the Xbox Live end in regards to clicking "Continue" but I can't be sure. I wish I was smart enough to take a picture of the alert, but didn't think an error would
occur at the time so arg...

Can anyone help me in this matter, I assume there would need to be some logs or activity of who wins the sweepstakes that could be helpful for myself in the matter. I'm can provide any account information as well.

Forza 7 Virtual Key Instant Win Prize Redemption

I won 3 prizes in the Forza 7 Virtual Key Instant Win Sweepstakes. Each time, it said to watch my email for redemption information. It's been about 4 weeks and I have yet to see an email. I've already read in the forums about other who also won and have
redeemed their prizes already. Trying to figure out what happened to mine. Thanks.

Hey there, phaze blu! I'm sorry to see that you ran into this odd situation, hopefully I can clear this up for you.

According to the Official Rules that you see at the bottom of the screen that encourages you to watch the trailers, you can email
L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** with the subject "Winners List - Xbox Live and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Watch to Win Sweepstakes" and see if you are on the list. However, the winners are not going to be announced until December
1st.

This promotion is running through November 16th, and I am unsure of the screen that you ended up seeing. If you do happen to see it again, maybe on another account, please get a screenshot for us so that we can investigate it as a potential issue.

Thank you so much for your reply. I went ahead and sent an email to them as you suggested. I really appreciate your guidance here. I'll try my best tonight to reproduce what I witnessed but something tells me that may be as hard as actually winning... In
my case hey I might just have good luck on my side so I'll certainly try to reproduce and inform you if I happen to experience it again. I really appreciate your help. I'll mark your answer as resolved for now as you took me one step closer. If I hit it again,
I'll open a new thread.
