Call of Duty Vanguard Screen Bug

I recently got Call of Duty Vanguard and out of all my games it’s the only one to do this. So whenever I load it up everything’s perfectly fine but once I get into the main lobby my screen is flashing white and black squares, same with when i’m in a game but it only does this when i’m seeing actual gameplay, being in settings, loadout class, etc i’m not seeing this issue. At first I thought it was my hdmi chords so I swapped it out, didn’t fix it. Then I thought it was my monitor so i swapped that out and it didn’t fix it. Then I reset my console and it didn’t fix it so I thought it might be the game file so I uninstalled everything related to Vanguard and reinstalled it (I did this 3 times) and it didn’t fix it. I would say it could be something wrong with my xbox itself but that doesn’t explain why this problem is only happening when i’m on Vanguard. Anyone have anymore options for me to try to fix it?

The operator is already the default skin, I don’t have anything unlocked because the screen flashes so badly I can’t see anything in game

It's a known issue. Maybe change the operator to his default skin might solve the problem for you.

I've noticed my game will start to update once I enter Multiplayer mode. It'll complete the update, I re-enter the Multiplayer screen, and it needs to update again. This cycle continues and doesn't seem to stop (I usually give up and try again a few days later or reinstall the game entirely). I've tried the Reset Xbox fix mentioned in this thread and no luck for this issue. Any other possible solutions out there?

This could be due to a cache issue and can be solved trough this step:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
