    Call of duty problems


    I put in a refund for multiple transactions. 1 for Cold War and the rest for COD points. I got denied because it's been too long of me purchasing the digital content. 1 transaction for 2400 cod points I did get a refund for over a year ago and forgot but added it to my refund list but they could exclude that one. Problem is first month of every season game kicks me every time. Delete and redownload does not work to fix problem. So for at least 4 months out of the year I feel like I'm banned. Then when it finally does start allowing me to join a lobby the graphics and glitching is unbearable. Yes I tried everything with the available graphics that are in the game but no help. Game freeze's about every 3 games. Invisible enemies that I report constantly.(I know they might not be cheating but someone needs to fix this). I have an ether cable to my Xbox and have Verizon. There is no reason for this. The game is unplayable because of these issues. So they should refund me or fix the problem, but this has been happening for over a year. How do I get my money back?

    Now I say that the game is dirty or scratched, cleaned it and i can be shredded porqe just bought me, please help.

    Yeh and the Black Ops maps dont seem as detailed as the other games the most detailed part of the game is prbably the zombies

    I miss the simplicity of multiplayer from WaW. Most of the guns were not automatic, so no one went around spraying everywhere with an M60 like in Black Ops. Accuracy played a higher role, and I do miss the Scope-less bolt-actions... maybe another day, dear
