Help? I have two of these emails and have been working on just getting at least one of the issues fixed. I have this exact email at 12:33pm on Friday, August19, 2016 and then another confirmation for the exact purchase again at 12:37 pm on Friday, August
19,2016. Reference # [Mod Removed]

I purchased 200 COD Points in store on the Xbox One for $1.99 and then received these two emails from Microsoft as confirmation of my purchase for 5000 COD Points for $1.99.

I can attach the second email if needed, it just thank you for your purchase and was sent under the same email as the first one. I have both purchase order numbers:

I didn’t get my points for a promotion in November 2017

there was a promotion going on in November of 2017 and the promotion was for 15,000 points and I never received them and the promotion was for a preorder for call of duty ww2
