    I have downloaded call of duty modern warfare remastered onto my surface pro and every time i try to open it up it will close automatically. I would appreciate and help or solutions for this problem

    Warfare Remastered.

    Game requirements:

    • CPU: Intel Core i3-3225 @ 3.30GHz or equivalent
    • CPU SPEED: Info
    • RAM: 8 GB
    • OS: Windows 7 64-Bit or later
    • VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB / AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
    • PIXEL SHADER: 5.0
    • VERTEX SHADER: 5.0
    • SOUND CARD: DirectX 11 Compatible
    • FREE DISK SPACE: 55 GB
    • DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 2048 MB

    When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background
    that may interfere with the game. You are correct programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

    Try this:

    Perform
    a Clean Startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your games or programs

    If the problem persists, I would recommend to re-install the digital content.

    Hi there!

    Is any error number coming up after the game crashes? I would definitely recommend rebooting your surface Pro, and if that doesnt correct the issue delete and reinstall the game.

    I do not think a Surprise Pro would be strong enough to run that game. It is not for gaming.

    Note Crystal's reply, the game wants 'dedicated' video memory but all the Surface line have shared video memory. Some games will bypass this and run great on dedicated (especially on the 5 and 6) but many don't.

    Are you sure that it'll run Modern Warfare because I'm pretty sure it's not going to pass the minimum spec on the gpu side.
