    Call of Duty Not Loading Xbox Series X


    I have been attempting to troubleshoot my sons Xbox series X all morning for call of duty cold war zombies. I have re-cycled our modem/router, restarted the Xbox multiple times, reset the Xbox, clear the cachet and nothing is working.

    Everytime we open the game we get so far and it takes us back to the home screen. It is only occurring for this game.

    my husband is able to get on the same game downstairs on his Xbox one. help they want to play together so their frustrated

    Call of Duty Black ops Upgrade to X/S

    From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

    From the Store page:

    "For digital owners of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Standard Edition, this upgrade will unlock the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle, giving access to the Xbox Series X|S version of the game. After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."

    which Xbox do you have? Xbox one X or Xbox series X? They are different things. Series X has the fan on one end of the rectangle

    Hi there I have an Xbox series X I’ve checked all game adds on there all fine I’ve cleared the cache on the game also done a hard reset of the Consol as well , I’m I load up call of duty vauguad and that work fine it’s just seems to be then new mw2
