Call of duty MW3 game content will not install on Xbox one

    Call of duty MW3 game content will not install on Xbox one


    Game content from

    MW2 and 3 will not install from disc but other content ( add ons content packs etc will ). I have followed the troubleshooting guides on this site and forums and nothing worked. The installation stops at 0%. I have hard reset,uninstallled content, cleared cache and locally saved games, gone offline changed and redownloaded profile and nothing is helping. Any ideas ( ps I have tried and followed all the reputable sites troubleshooting guides including activism Xbox etc ). Anyone had similar or any ideas that might help? Thanks in advance

    Help me please!

    The only add ons there are is “black ops 6 content pack 1”. I don’t have any option what to install. I can’t even install the game because it’s making me install everything like mw2, mw3 etc. if I was to uninstall every other game on my Xbox I still wouldn’t have enough storage to install the game. It only shows me call of duty base game-366GB

    Q – What happens if I bought a Call of Duty Elite Premium membership recently? Will I still get a year of Call of Duty ElitePremium services and all Call of Duty: MW3 DLC?

    A – Yes, Call of Duty Elite Premium members will continue to enjoy all the Call of Duty: MW3 DLC and the full range of Call of Duty Elite Premium services and operations for Call of Duty: MW3 through the terms of their subscription.

    Q – If I bought a Call of Duty Elite Premium membership recently, will I get Call of Duty: Black Ops II DLC?

    A – Call of Duty: Black Ops II DLC is not included in the Call of Duty: MW3 Season of Content membership. We’ll be releasing new details soon.

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of duty MW3 game content will not install on Xbox one

    Hi Kevl54321, I’m Ryan.

    This appears to be a software bug as I’m experiencing the same issue with FH5 (other games install okay) and I’ve seen other recent threads reporting this. I believe it may be specific to Xbox One consoles as the issue doesn’t occur on my Series X and there are significantly more Xbox One reports. What OS version are you currently on? You can find this info in Settings > System > Console info.

    I’ve reported the issue to Xbox Support and it’s currently being looked into, just waiting on a response. In the meantime, try installing the games to an external drive if you’re installing directly to the internal storage (or vice versa) and also create a bug report for the error by following the steps here: https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem
