    Call Of Duty MW2: i can't play in multyplayer


    Hy I have a problem with CoD MW2 multyplayer

    I go on the "XBOX LIVE" button and bring up : "NOTICE: The currently profil is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE"

    ( i have a trial 30 day xbox live profil)

    Please help!

    Call Of Duty MW2: i can't play in multyplayer

    Sorry but your gamertag is only showing as a Silver member. This means that you don't have access to Multiplayer features.

    If you have a trial membership then that only offers you access to some Gold features.

    If you have an Xbox One and enjoy online multiplayer there then perhaps someone else on the console has a Gold membership that they are sharing with you. That membership does not transfer to other consoles.

    Finally, if you believe that this is in error you can check your account at commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any memberships listed there. If there are and you still are not receiving them then contact phone support for your region for more assistance.

    Having Xbox Live connected to your console and a Gold membership are two different things. For instance, you need to be connected to Live in order to use apps such as Netflix, Internet Explorer or Hulu (all don't need a Gold membership to use). However,
    if you want to play online multiplayer in your games you will need to have a Gold membership attached to your gamertag.

    If you look at my gamercard to the left of this post you will see that my gamertag is printed in Gold. This means that I have a Gold membership and have full access to online services.

    If you look at your gamertag it is listed as Silver. This means that you only have limited access.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.
