    Call of duty multiplayer says I need to purchase again?


    Purchased the game back in October, been working fine since, now can’t play multiplayer as all it shows is private match. When check in the store, says I need to purchase again or get the game pass??

    Have reset Xbox & re-installed, still the same.

    Is anyone else tired from Call of duty multiplayer?

    I play call of duty multiplayer, battlefield multiplayer and halo multiplayer but call of duty has lost its jive, halo and battlefield still feel great but call of duty seems like its gone down hill

    Hi @anbuj001

    You get the "Oops.not sure what happened here. Please try again later." when you try and install the multiplayer pack from within the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game. This is the error I was getting. If you close the window you will see the dreaded PILUM error code!

    So as per my post, you need to navigate to the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game in the Xbox game store, choose the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Digital S..." edition and then scroll down to the "In This Bundle" portion.

    Then choose the multiplayer pack for Call of Duty Modern Warfare and install that.

    The reason for the error is because Call of Duty Warzone versions have been updated, but the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game multiplayer included version link has not, hence the error you get.
