Call of Duty Mordern Warfare 2 Season 2 Vault edition 2 not working

I have already downloaded every add-on including the Vault Edition Pack 2 for Season 2, by visiting 'manage my installation menu'. Everything has been downloaded into my internal storage.

I have already tried this before raising the question.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I have also tried restarting the console if maybe it was some server issue.

Nothing has helped.

What do I do?

Yeah well, the content isn't even working let alone playing the thing for a couple of hours. So I take it that I'm eligible. Anyways, I'm not going to wait for long for Activision to respond, if they don't come back soon then I'm applying for a refund and dump the game.

Although I have to ask, I doubt I'm going to do it but, if in case I request a refund and the refund is successful and if I try to purchase the digital content again. Will the issue start again?

On a side note, I have to admit that I am facing a lot of problems with your console recently, especially on the digital store front. Similar to this issue I have raised another issue.

I have performed all the steps you have briefed in your reply, but I'm frustrated to say that it has not been helpful.

Visiting Activision support, after choosing the options accurately to describe my problem, they suggested some article that last updated 10th of Feb regarding how their new battle pass reward system works which I have to say was less than helpful. There was nothing helpful in their support. I thought maybe I could brief them about the issue but I see no option to do so.

I visited your 'XBOX Support' in your console which said to wait for 24hrs and if the issue persists then contact publisher.

Since contacting the publisher was completely pointless I will wait for 24hrs. If my purchase is still not reflected in the game. I will requesting for a refund and will uninstall the game.

Let's make sure that you didn't miss some contents for the game.

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).
Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.
Note: Items listed under “More add-ons” can't be installed. Instead, they are owned items that automatically become accessible when in-game.
Select the tick-box for each item that you want to install or select all.
Select Save changes.

Once all items are installed, try relaunching the game.

I cannot say if the issue is still there or not. In some cases, repurchasing an item or game may fix the issue. But there's no guarantee about that because there are several factors that could cause it. It's possible that the issue is related to the game itself and only the game developers can fix it with their updates.
