Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Recently Xbox as well as the other platforms Play Station and PC's forced an update on all the players who own the Call of Duty Modern Warfare game. Unknown to the gamers what we were about to download would break the Modern Warfare game, causing numerous problems so many that playing became more frustrating than fun. Unable to team up with friends, freezing up, kicked out of maps, sometimes the game would start without a weapon. I learned later that Activision, Sledgehammer, and the other software production companies knew this was going to occur due to RAVEN Software company decided to throw a wrench into the game when they installed the Caldera map breaking the software to Modern Warfare. Now I don't understand this, but they do not feel they need to fix this problem leaving some of us who are MW die-hard players unamused. But even more concerning is that our devices in which we paid top dollars for the companies in which we pour millions of dollars into did not quality assure this product before allowing this to be installed and never mentioned a word to us no messages any feeling that they owe us some form of monetary refund for the dollars spent at the store on skins, weapons, and passes. Nothing! they just sat there watching us all get kicked and freeze up and restart. What is even more upsetting as a result of this update here near the holidays there are going to be players of all ages who received this game as a gift for their device and think how disheartened they will be when they go to play, they won't be able to due to RAVEN's error. They feel since they are coming out with a new game in 2022 -October or November almost a year away they don't need to fix it - is this acceptable? No! We paid for a game that they placed on the market, and they are still selling in the store, and no one can play in fact the Vanguard game they threw into the mix is such a failure they are trying to pawn it off at 1/2 its original price. SO, I am here to bring a voice to this issue in hopes that if enough gamers will sign up to file a class-action lawsuit and force these companies to refund us our money or for them to fix it - this is poor management and using deceit to profit off the public. These companies bring or should I say brought in $5 mill a day off this franchise and for them to cover up the errors not issue us any kind of compensation is highly unacceptable. Someone needs to take responsibility for allowing this to be part of the update I have a suggestion REMOVE The stupid Pacific update - put the game back as it was and furthermore if this is not an option then I would suggest for ALL companies involved to be ready to pay through the nose for this act of fraud. I am very disappointed at Xbox who I have supported through decades, and I have spent thousands of dollars on devices and games and even more so that Microsoft didn't hold to their quality and allowed this to happen. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU! Especially RAVEN Software - you are a disgrace to the gaming community.
