Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (Warzone) Disc Read Error [3.1]

I have been getting disc read errors while playing warzone for the past 3 weeks now. I will be able to play 2-3 Warzone games before it kicks me to the game’s loading screen, and eventually displays the error.

I’m playing on a 3 month old XBOX One X, and I’m using a physical copy of the game. I have cleared the saved data, deleted the reserved space, and completely uninstalled and reintalled the entire game. The issue still repeats as before.

The errors, to name a few, read:

Disc read error [3.1]: ‘mp_bd_body_mp_eastern_rodion_2_2_lod1_l15_tr.ff’

Disc read error [3.1]: ‘mp_aw_attachment_wm_sn_crossbow_receiver_lod1_l13_tr.ff’

Disc read error [3.1]: ‘mp_donetsk_00219_tr.ff’

I just got (about 2 months ago) a used xbox one x and played COD MW Warzone after installing as a family member played for about 3 weeks then updates occurred. This resulted in several disk errors as the title above states. So after calling Microsoft and resolving the problem it started just randomly happening again. I am very frustrated as an IT professional I cannot figure out what to do. I have spend over a week getting it to work to no avail. I finally broke down and purchased the disk - installed it and did all update downloads. played for 30 minutes then disk read errors like the title above came and showed it ugly head AGAIN. I give up. Games are supposed to be fun and these two companies Activisoft cannot get their crap together and figure this out.

Hello,

Yes, I have cleaned my disc. My disc is spotless - the disc is only 3 months old, and it is the only disc I’ve had in my console. I have cleaned it twice now, and it has no visible blemishes or scratches. After checking and cleaning it, I have been kicked
from the game twice in a row.

This is really annoying, every time I try to get in the game after an update it displays the error code! I am using a digital copy on the console and when I get in the game it shows the same intro screen over and over again and then shows the error code
and goes back the home xbox screen! I am getting really frustrated! Someone needs to address this problem.

Im having the same problem. This call of duty is useless. I want a refund on my game. Ive have nothing but errors ever since ive bought the game. I think its other players hacking my system but thats just my opinion.
