Call of duty Modern Warfare Problems

I'm facing a lot of problems just to play the game in story mode. I cannot plus the online doesn't work. Having in mind that this is my favourite game and that I never had a problem in any of them this is more than frustrating. I forgot to reply before but here are the questions that were asked:

1. What device are you using to download and install the game? -> Xbox one X and I do it with disc (purchased!)
   
2. Are you getting an error message or error code? No but I had to reset the console to the fabric configuration because of this game and delete my other games.
   
3. How did you install the game? Do you own a disc? Disc and I do own not 1, 2 as I tried to purchase another one just in case.
   
4. What are the other troubleshooting steps did you perform other than uninstalling and reinstalling the game? I did everything: clear cache, re-install it again, reset the console, EVERYTHING and it does NOT work. How comes a single game (the rest work) cannot work? it resets and takes me to the home screen of the game when I try to work in the story mode. Online it only allows me "once" and then I'm never connected to anything. This is more than frustrating guys and a horrible UX.
   

I'm just quite done, I purchase dozens of physical games and this never happened to me. It's funny it needs to happen in my favourite game.... I would appreciate if someone can help me as no one in activision is doing it or here. I keep reading the same messages: "clear the cache" "restore the console to fabric config" "uninstall and install" -> I did all of this before around 5 times. The rest of the games work perfectly fine...please help
