    CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE II WILL NOT START ON XBOX MENU SCREEN. .


    On the main menu choice page for Call of Duty Black Ops 6 when I click on ModernWarfare II it starts the green loading screen then just stays on a black screen. No picture no sound.

    It is installed along with all the packs on the internal hardrive on the Xbox series x.

    Please cancel anyone help.
