    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare disc won’t install, can’t play multiplayer


    I own the disc version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. When I load the disc in the drive it takes me to the Warzone menu. The Modern Warfare option says “purchase” and I cannot figure out how to install.

    I’ve done a hard reboot and a soft restore on the settings (kept games and apps installed). Neither of those steps worked.

    Please help! I paid for this game and can’t get it to work on my Series X console.

    My game duty modern warfare is when I turn it on it says please install multiplayer but I already installed stalled all the packs it and it won’t let me play Online idk why The other day I was playing online I don’t know what happen unless they’re updating

    I figured out an solution, just delete MW entirely along with Warzone. Then put the CD in, let the game download, and download ad-ons.

    I'm having the same exact problem. Even though I put my game in, it says purchase on my MW tab. Did you ever figure out the issue?

    Kindly clear the alternate MAC Address then try to play the game again.

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart.

    You’re welcome and thank you for the update. When you insert the disc are there any indication that the console is reading the disc?

    Also, if you have Call Of Duty Warzone kindly check the games and add-ons from there.
