    Call of duty Modern warfare Disc read error [3.1]: 'mp_don3_00134_tr.ff'


    Today randomly I started receiving this error. I have looked up just about everything there is on this and I have tried every solution someone else has given that worked for them and none have worked. I load into a game and then it will back me out half
    way through with this error or I won't even load in to the countdown and the error will pop up and main screen me. I have reset my console, cleared the Xbox one's cache multiple different ways and I have uninstalled parts of the game. I also went into add-on's
    and uninstalled the 1 GB storage under saved data. I have reset both my console and internet multiple times as well as anything else. This is very frustrating and I hope someone can help me.

    Hello,

    Yes, I have cleaned my disc. My disc is spotless - the disc is only 3 months old, and it is the only disc I’ve had in my console. I have cleaned it twice now, and it has no visible blemishes or scratches. After checking and cleaning it, I have been kicked
    from the game twice in a row.

    This is really annoying, every time I try to get in the game after an update it displays the error code! I am using a digital copy on the console and when I get in the game it shows the same intro screen over and over again and then shows the error code
    and goes back the home xbox screen! I am getting really frustrated! Someone needs to address this problem.

    Im having the same problem. This call of duty is useless. I want a refund on my game. Ive have nothing but errors ever since ive bought the game. I think its other players hacking my system but thats just my opinion.
