Call of Duty modern warfare can’t play campaign mode despite not offline

Hi, just purchased call of duty modern warfare, This issue I have is that I have downloaded the game with the disc inserted and also downloaded the game packs, however I cannot play the campaign mode.

In the top right corner it says” an update is required, you must be online and accept the update to play call of duty modern warfare. It’s also shows this game as offline which it isn’t.

I have also deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it still hasn't solved issue. Please c

Try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and check again!

If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

Then Settings -> System -> Clear local saved games -> restart.

If none of the solutions above help, try to contact Activision about it for further investigation!

Remove the disc from the console, follow the steps below and try again, please.

Step 1. Clear the storage cache on your console.

Press the Menu key on your controller.

Click Settings, devices & streaming, and then go Blu-Ray.

Select Persistent Storage.

Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

Step 2. Click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons, click on the game and see if all packs are installed.

Step 3. Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.

Call of Duty Warzone is free to download and play with an active Xbox Live subscription. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign is not.
