    Hello,

    I had Call of Duty Modern Warfare since it came it. It was working fine.

    If I try to play it now, it's impossible. I am seeing the game at like 2 fps and can't shoot anyone.

    How can I tell if it's my internet or my xbox?

    Is there some way to check my xbox is running ok?

    I get frame issues and lag constantly with cod and at this point ive done everything i can and just have to blame the cod servers because im at a loss with what the issue is

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game to come up playable. I can totally understand how annoying this could seem. I suggest following the steps we have in our support guide entitled the
    Xbox One Game Issue Solution     if that's the only game that you're having problems with at the moment.

    When you get the chance, give the steps there a shot and let us know if that helped.

    Are other games working fine? Try another graphically demanding title. If that has similar issues, you likely need to contact xbox support to arrange a repair.

    I did a complete reset.

    It's not helping. I think maybe there is something wrong with my XBOX one because it was working just fine in November.

    My internet is fine.

    Not sure what to do.
