non mi apre il gioco...mi fa la scermata iniziale poi mi fa una schermata nera per 1 secondo e dopo mi esce e torna alla home. CHIEDO AIUTO DISPERATAMENTE

It could be a local caching issue: I've had this with a few games in the past. A hard reset usually fixes those for me. Turn your console on, then hold down the console power button for 10 seconds. Once the console restarts it will resync relevant data.
