    Call of Duty: Cold War needs to be purchased (I already own it on disk)


    As the title says, I own CoD CW on disk (xbox 1). When I start up the game it gets to the "press A to start" menu. When I press A it then comes up with the picture that I have attached saying I need to purchase the game.

    Also, on the occasion that I can get onto the main menu, it says that my multiplayer and zombie files are only partially installed? Uninstalled and reinstalled them multiple times but nothing...

    Tried all of them multiple times. Tbe disk works fine on my girlfriends xbox and my xbox runs other disks perfectly fine aswell. I have fixed the purchase issue but now cant get past the partially installed files.

    My Call Of Duty Cold War game won’t install.

    I'm having Is a problem with Call of Duty cold war about 2 weeks ago it quit working and now if I attempt to play the game it is asking me to purchase it I have the game on disk I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still takes me to the page where I'm supposed to purchase the game I have again tried to reinstall the game from the disk and it has not worked still I am very confused. Xbox one is the system I have . Please somebody help me cause I am not impressed with vanguards zombies and want cold war back.

    I purchased the game and can't play it.

    The game, Call of Duty - Cold war , brought it from game stop , for the Xbox 1 console. I put the disk in it downloaded but still telling me to purchase game So I can play it ,checked today it's only letting me play Zombies and Multiplayer but no Campaign?
