Call of duty cold wants me to buy the game again

If it appears there with the status "Completed", try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

Just the one game I think, call of duty cold war. That's a game that keeps failing for me.

No fix youre screwed. They think we are lying to them and asking for a free copy. They took $59.99 from my bank account and still havent refunded me or contacted me. This pic is the only thing they sent me. MY BANK STILL CHARGED ME THE MONEY EVEN THO XBOX
SAID THEY CANCELLED IT HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that these packs are installed:
