I recently purchased the game on steam but I am a kinda always on the move kinda guy thanks to my daughter. And I was wondering if the new COD title supports cloud gaming.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I apologize but no, you can check the games that you can play via cloud gaming through this link: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/games

At this time only games on Game Pass are on the cloud. While this may change in the future, this is how it is now. Keep an eye on Xbox social media for updates to any changes

Thank you for you attempted support but these methods did not work is there anything else to try it’s just the game that’s causing problems not the console I can’t load into Call of duty black ops 3 but any other game I can?

Hello,

This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.

For Call of Duty support:
