    Call of duty bo6 ban, really confused


    Hi, I’ve been banned from black ops 6 for “ unauthorised software” and I’m unable to appeal it but I’m just a little confused and without anyway to get an explanation I was hoping someone here might know.

    As far as I’m aware it’s not even possible to cheat on Xbox series consoles? Especially installing software that would enable me to cheat and be banned. I’ve only ever played on Xbox so I’m just really lost

    Activision runs their own ban system and you'll have to appeal to them.

    Hello!

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Remove your account from the console (You need to have your email address handy so that you can log in later).

    2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

    4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

    6. Log in to your account again.

    After this, try your download again.

    Really ? That's funny because the ban/suspension forums are full of people who have been banned/suspended for cheating on Call of Duty games.
