    Hello,

    For several weeks the upgrade offer has not been available on cold war.
    The offer worked the 1st day then was deleted.

    This is a well-known problem, but Microsoft is not doing anything.

    This thread has been here for several weeks and the update date is changed every day without any modification.

    The xbox support has no information and redirects you to activison while the problem is with microsoft, the activison support has confirmed that the problem is with microsoft.

    The standard version is completely buggy on Series X and the optimized Cross Gen version is displayed at 75€ instead of 5€.
    The only way to have a game with less crash and bug is to have 75€ swindled while the upgrade normally costs 5€

    It's a shame, there is plenty of topic on reedit, no information.

    The game worked better on my Xbox One S, changing the console only gives me problems and with the Standard Edition crashing and crashing several times a day I can't even enjoy my 120fps screen ...

    When will this problem be finally resolved??

    On reddit some person we had the sum of the standard game credited by microsoft support to be able to buy the crossgen offer at a lower price.

    Is it possible to do the same for me?

    Call of Duty Black ops Upgrade to X/S

    From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

    From the Store page:

    "For digital owners of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Standard Edition, this upgrade will unlock the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle, giving access to the Xbox Series X|S version of the game. After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."

    "Yes, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (Cross-Gen) is cross-play, cross-progression,
    and cross-generation enabled. Once you upgrade from the current generation console
    to the next generation console, your profile, progression, and stats will move with you."

    Looks like you can upgrade to the cross-gen bundle:

    Once you have this you'll need to go to the Mircosoft Store on your Xbox and re-download the Series X|S version.

    Hi, unfortunately not, if you have the Standard version for One S and One X, you will need the cross gen bunddle that activision has released
