    Hello, I am having an issue with this game called called of duty Black ops Cold war, (I just upgraded to a new console Xbox one s) which has happened to both of my consoles and what it's doing is it will not let me uninstall it completely from my console, I would uninstall it and it would pop back up later, it also tries to download and gives me this installation stopped error often which gets annoying, and that's why I want to get rid of the game but it doesn't let me, it just keeps coming back, and then later when I would turn on the consoles the game will still be there no matter what I do, I've tried looking up solutions to this and have tried numerous but none seems to work to get rid of the game. I just want to get rid of this game it's really annoying I've been struggling with this game for a few months and would like to know a actual solution, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

    From the Store page:

    "For digital owners of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Standard Edition, this upgrade will unlock the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle, giving access to the Xbox Series X|S version of the game. After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
