Call Of Duty Black OPS code never received with eligible PC

I'm sorry to hear about this run around you've been given by Microsoft Support. As mentioned previously, we don't have the proper tools on the forums to assist with any promotional codes unfortunately.

Since the offer is no longer found on the product page, we cannot look into the terms and conditions as to how the code was to be delivered and when. The retailer should have that information and be able to assist you with the code, but I know they haven't
been too helpful.

I suggest trying to contact
Xbox customer support to see if that support channel can do anything for you regarding this promotional code.

Thanks but I have seen this page before, and options when calling are always "not the right service" and the options on the page are not helping either.
