Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Xbox One S: Purchased game in store, Game installs but says to...

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

"For digital owners of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Standard Edition, this upgrade will unlock the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle, giving access to the Xbox Series X|S version of the game. After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."

I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please confirm which "Vault Edition" you purchased? There are two different Vault Edition versions available in the Xbox Store: These are:

- This Vault Edition is the complete package with a base game and other freebies.

Then, there's Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition Upgrade

- This Vault Edition doesn't have the base game. It requires existing ownership of the digital version of the Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle on Xbox One / Xbox Series X|S (sold separately), or an active subscription to select Game Pass plans (Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Console).

You can confirm which Vault Edition you have purchased on your Order History on this link https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If you have Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition Upgrade, you will need to purchase the base game or own Xbox Game Pass Ultiamte or Standard Xbox Game Pass for you to play it. However, if you have the Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition, please check if all contents are installed on your Xbox.

Please go to Microsoft Store, search and install "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle". Once installed, click on Manage. From there, you may be able to customize and select the installation of the specific games and add-ons that you just want to play.

The only add ons there are is “black ops 6 content pack 1”. I don’t have any option what to install. I can’t even install the game because it’s making me install everything like mw2, mw3 etc. if I was to uninstall every other game on my Xbox I still wouldn’t have enough storage to install the game. It only shows me call of duty base game-366GB
