call of duty black ops 6 will not launch from the xbox one with a disc.

I would suggest that you try the following as part of our troubleshooting.

1. Check the Xbox status: You can sign in to get notified when the service is operational again if there are any alerts on the Xbox status page.

2. The console can be power cycled by unplugging the power cable, waiting ten seconds, then plugging it back in and turning it on again.

3. Press and hold the Pair and Eject buttons to reset the console after turning it off, unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in. Then hit the Xbox button.

4. Press the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the game once more after logging back in.

5. Update the software: Verify that the Xbox is running the most recent version.

Thank you for post. I understand you are trying to launch Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 without a disc. In order to be able to launch the game, a disc must be inserted to your console or you must purchase the game digitally. The disc is absolutely necessary
to launch.

Please go to Microsoft Store, search and install "Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle". Once installed, click on Manage. From there, you may be able to customize and select the installation of the specific games and add-ons that you just want to play.
