Please verify your purchase history by going to Microsoft Account Billing: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history and check if your purchase is listed. And the game should show up as "Completed."

And then check your Microsoft store library. To do this, open the Microsoft Store app and go to Library. Look for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Vault Edition and see if it allows you to install it.

Next is to confirm your account. Please make sure that you are logged into the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game.

Then restart and reinstall the Microsoft Store. Open PowerShell (Admin) and run:

wsreset.exe

Restart your PC and check the store again.

Im having the same issue....ive got and paid for the call of duty black ops 3 digital deluxe edition including all the maps ect but it is telling me to purchase the season pass for £34.99 when ive already paid for it with the bundle. Any help would be appreciated?

I can't pre order call of duty black ops 3 digital deluxe edition I confirm the payment it's telling me use a different way to pay

Then, there's Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Vault Edition Upgrade

- This Vault Edition doesn't have the base game. It requires existing ownership of the digital version of the Call of Duty:registered:: Black Ops 6 - Cross-Gen Bundle on Xbox One / Xbox Series X|S (sold separately), or an active subscription to select Game Pass plans (Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Console).
